🌙✨Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Tara, and I bring over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry, with the majority of my career devoted to non-surgical hair restoration and precision barbering. Hair replacement work is not something I added later — it has been the heart of my practice for nearly two decades, requiring patience, problem-solving, and an exceptionally high level of care. I work from my private home studio in Arlington, Washington, where I offer non-surgical hair replacement services, system ordering, color, and cutting in an environment designed for privacy, comfort, and unhurried attention. My work is intentionally structured so each client receives the time, focus, and integrity their service truly requires. After the pandemic — like many — I experienced a period of deep personal recalibration. It became clear that while I have always worked with hair, my deeper calling has always been healing. Over time, I began integrating wellness practices that support the nervous system, emotional regulation, and overall balance — not as a replacement for hair services, but as a natural extension of how I care for people. Today, my practice includes Reiki, sound bowl therapy, meditation, and tarot-based guidance, offered thoughtfully and ethically to support relaxation, grounding, and self-awareness. These services are optional, clearly defined, and separate from hair services — designed for clients who are seeking deeper restoration beyond the physical. I am currently preparing to return to school for massage therapy, further deepening my understanding of the body, anatomy, and nervous system so I can continue offering care that is both intuitive and informed. This next chapter reflects my commitment to longevity — for my clients and for my own body — and to practicing in a way that is sustainable, intentional, and aligned. Cancellation Policy

🌙 TrU 2 a ‘T’ Hair & MoonChild Reiki Wellness 2026 Policies & Professional Boundaries ✨ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY To respect the time reserved for each client and the preparation required for services, the following cancellation policy applies: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment to reserve future appointments. 🌟 IMPORTANT NOTE — Hair Replacement vs. Salon Services A large portion of the policies below are specifically designed for my hair replacement clients, as these services require more time, detailed preparation, specialized materials, and longer appointment blocks. Color, cut, and standard salon services may fall under similar guidelines, but often: • require less preparation, • allow for quicker scheduling adjustments, • and may result in faster responses or same-day availability when my schedule allows. Hair replacement clients should read all policies thoroughly, as these rules ensure your service is done safely, correctly, and with the time required to maintain quality. ⸻ ✨ COMMUNICATION POLICY You may message me anytime with questions, concerns, or hair system issues. However, all responses will be made on my next business day during my working hours. I do not reply: • during evenings • during weekends • during scheduled appointments • or outside of business hours Same-day appointments may be possible only if availability allows, but they are not guaranteed. ⸻ ✨ APPOINTMENT CHANGE REQUESTS Major service changes require planning, correct time blocks, and product preparation. These include: • new hair system installs • perms • foils or highlights • color adjustments • large transformations • anything that extends the appointment duration Please request major service changes at least 7 days (1 full week) before your appointment. If requested with less than one week’s notice: • your service may remain as originally scheduled, or • you may need to be moved to an appointment time that allows appropriate duration. This ensures every client receives the proper time and care required for their service. ⸻ ✨ HAIR SYSTEM EMERGENCIES If something unexpected happens with your system, you may message me anytime with photos or videos so I can understand the issue. Please note: • I am not on-call • I do not offer guaranteed immediate responses • Messages will be reviewed on my next business day • Same-day appointments may be possible if my schedule allows • Rush visits depend on availability and may require a fee This protects my work-life balance while still allowing me to support you appropriately. ⸻ ✨ BACKUP HAIR SYSTEM POLICY For eligible clients, I may store one of your previous systems as a backup if it is still in wearable condition. Backup units are useful when: • your current system fails unexpectedly • your new system hasn’t arrived • repair or replacement is required • you need a temporary emergency solution Important notes: • Backup systems are not guaranteed • Only wearable systems will be stored • Backup installs require a full installation appointment • Standard installation pricing applies • Backup units are for emergency use only A storage fee may be implemented in the future as inventory grows. ⸻ ✨ HAIR SYSTEM LIMITATIONS ✔️ I DO offer: • Polyurethane patch repairs • Perimeter reinforcement • Adhesive stability improvements • Deep cleansing • Purple toning • Deep conditioning • Steam revival • Full retaping • Blowout & smoothing • Detailed system maintenance ❌ I DO NOT offer: • Ventilation (adding new hairs) • Knotting or re-hairing • Lace reconstruction • Rebuilding thinning areas Ventilation services can only be completed by the manufacturer. ⸻ ✨ REMOTE HAIR SYSTEM RESET POLICY • Labor only • Client covers shipping both ways • Turnaround begins the day your system is received • Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days • Rush: 48 hours when available (+$20) • Extra fees may apply for severely damaged or tangled systems ⸻ ✨ SERVICE TIME & PRICING All services — including hair replacement, color, and extensions — are booked by time. If additional product, corrective steps, or extra time are required, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. ⸻ ✨ PAYMENT & DEPOSITS Deposits may be required for: • new hair replacement clients • remote resets • long-duration appointments (2+ hours) • major color corrections Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final service cost. ⸻ 🌙 SUMMARY These policies exist to support clear communication, proper scheduling, accurate timing, and the highest level of care for every client — while preserving my ability to provide quality work, maintain healthy boundaries, and honor my workflow.
